Annie Gelinas, of Norwich Rowing Club, will be competing in the Waveney Triathlon on Sunday 13 May 2012 and will be raising funds for Whitlingham Boathouses Foundation.
The event will comprise a 400m swim, a 20km cycle and a 3.2km run.
Annie said: "I'm aiming to beat my very pathetic time of 1:17:43 from the last triathlon and, more importantly, to finish the run without stopping. This is my second one and the first one proved a challenge, so I will be training more seriously this time."
