Spirit Essence

The tough get going!  well thats how the song goes and the past week, to 10 days has certainly been challenging..... Here at Spirit Essence we have been treading water as unexpected visitors and mechanical and technical issues have all made the going slow. In real terms this means that the usual stuff hasn't always got done and the nice to do stuff has been severely challenged too. So I haven't been able to patter about the lovely ABC that happened last Friday and by the time you read this it will be Friday again!

No worries there though as instead of hosting the ABC this week, I'll be offering some of the Spirit Essence services at a Pamper evening at the Lionwood Infant and Nursery Schools, Telegraph Lane East, Norwich NR1 4AN. So if you want to experience a well being session or just pop by for a chat, I'll be there from 6 til 9pm.

Now back to 'F' and the ABC and we certainly seemed to be away with the fairies as we each experienced the energy of a fairy meditation, it was light, it was fun and the I'm sure it has helped with the weeks trials and tribulations.... (certainly for me it has) We also connected with the power of nature, asking for a tree or a flower to help us find equilibrium and again we were all pleasantly surpised to be given one that when we looked up its healing qualities was just right for each of us. There were a selection of fairy cards and flower remedies available, with which we practised our dowsing skills on and again found them to support the intentions that were set in the Fairy meditation. This of course all added to the Flow and we all went home very much in the flow!  A tip for checking if you are in the 'flow' is to see whether the actions you take go smoothly or seem to be set by problems.  If you find they seem to just flow with little effort then you are in the flow or in sync. If however whatever you try to do is beset by problems; nothing seems to go right;  you can't find the right words; the contacts you call are not available, or a whole load of other unproductive frustrating things, it simply means yo are missing the flow. To restore the flow take a few moments to get back in, this can be done by sitting quietly and seeing yourself come back into equilibrium (imagine you pull your mind, your emotions and your physcial all into line, see that line run straight from the top of your head to the soles of your feet) Or Sit quietly and focus on your breath, breathe in flow,  breathe out balance, breathe in balance, breathe in flow, keep going until your mind is still and you are ready to continue. If you find sitting still an issue then go outside and walk or stretch and breathe. Any of these simple techniques will help to bring you back into the flow. And of course if you believe in Fairies you can always ask for a hand!
