The Inspired Youth project is currently running across 7 schools in Norfolk and Suffolk.  A great way to engage with the next generation on developing creative thinking using a business problem.

We are really excited about the project and the number of businesses getting involved.

Here in the Spirit Essence camp it is all systems go as the ongoing Mediumship undertakes it's tour of norwich and the surrounding towns and villages. This is partly due to the alterations taking place at Harford Manor School, where we usually meet in a Monday Eve and also a good way of working with the different energies in different locations.

I just got back from a lovely meeting with Rosa Musgrove at Star Throwers, a charity that cares for people affected by cancer. I'll be offering my services on a Thursday afternoon at the centre at Wymondham, so if you want to know more check out www.starthrowers.org.uk.

I really am ...... The energy is really building and after a few hours of Metamorphic Technique for the lovely people at MIND for the inclusion project I'll be donning my Glad rags and heading off to Wymondham for the Psychic Supper with a Twist...... where 42 wonderful guests are to receive guidance, inspiration and have lots of fun.
