Students' Plants Ready for Well Being Day
As keen followers of Star Throwers iPatter will know, pupils at Robert Kett, Wicklewood and Garboldisham Schools have been busy sowing seeds for our Wellbeing Day this Saturday.
The plants will be donated and sold at a plant stall on the Wellbeing Day with proceeds going to providing support for people affected by cancer.

Its as easy as ABC.....
123, well actually we're on week 7 and that in itself is quite synchronistic as the 7th point of energy (or Chakra) is the crown, which is our energetic connection with our higher self, or spirit/soul. So how apt that this week sees us exploring the letter 'G' . and Guides and Guidance which all come through the 7th point! If you ever wondered if you have a Guardian angel, door keeper, guide or even spiritual companion then this evening will help you explore which one it is that you connect with in those moments of asking, when we just throw out questions to no-one in particular. To me this is a form of energy as is Goddess energy, which is another point we'll be covering at the evening, and lets not forget the energy of Gratitude and how this wonderful energy can transform your daily life! My belief is that we have access to a whole network of guides that we can connect with to assist us in our earthly lives. Maybe this explains how we get those great ideas, that seem to come from nowhere (or maybe deep within us) how moments of synchronicity bring us together with just the right people, the right place. If your curious about this 'invisible' help then try this...... Ask (can be in your mind) do I have a spiritual guardian, guide or helper (choose the word that feels right for you) Then once you have asked be open to receiving the answer. You may well get some sort of feeling (temperature change or slight touch on your or around your person) You might notice that externally you keep being drawn to the same things, colours, names.... All these are signals of your higher self, guides presence. And of course you can ask for help with certain aspects of you life, so get asking and let me know how you get on, I'd love to hear of your experiences.
