I have a fantastic new therapy on offer this month - the new Hammam Ritual Candle Light Massage.

A full hour and half treament includes a face and scalp massage as well as a body treatment and is on offer at £38 (normally £45) and the hour session includes just the body and costs £34 (normally £40). This offer is only available for during January.

This wonderful treatment has a cleansing and warming effect on the entire body.

You will experience a cleansing of the body in the form of body brushing and exfoliating using eucalyptus soap and kessa mitts, this is followed by hot towel mitts to open the pores and eventually you are massaged with a soothing massage candle.

Great news!! I am now officially a Reiki Master/Teacher which enables me to pass the wonderful experience of Reiki onto others.

This process has been ongoing since early December and I am extremely pleased to have finally completed it.
