It's been a while since my last patter, felt I should touch base with you all.

I am off to Champneys, Henlow tomorrow for a few days of pampering, just what the therapist ordered.

     Reiki.

All these therapies are fantastic for the mind, body and soul.

Therapy Parties are a great way to try out different treatments to see if you like them.
