Overcome with excitement
I was away for the weekend at when I returned to my office on Monday morning there was a message from the lovely people at Agency Express telling me my "To Let" boards had been delivered from the printers. We went through all the options for my board erections and I said I'd like to pop over to see one. Better than that, Agency Express said they'd get one dropped off to me.
On Tuesday morning I was on the phone to a client when my dogs signalled the arrival of the postman. As I collected the post I noticed through the glass door, in all its glory, the "To Let" board propped up against the wall.
I was overcome with excitement. Gushing even. My poor client didn't quite know what hit him but did ask me to send him a photograph, especially as he had a lot of input in its design. After the call I continued my gushing on Twitter and in my excitement offered an introductory offer of half price letting and then went on to offer free letting to the first five Norwich clients whose properties I can erect my "To Let" board.
Of course there's a catch...in fact there's two. In order to qualify for the free letting a sole agency contract must be agreed by 31st March 2012 and permission must be granted to erect the board. This offer is availabe for the first five contracts only.
After the five free lettings have gone I will continue to offer the 50% discount on my fixed fee letting service until 31st March 2012 subject to the same terms as above.
