Estimator
We are looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join our department. The ideal candidate will have a strong, traditional background in estimating and have a proven track record with a recognised building contractor; you will also need to be trained to a minimum HNC standard.

Resident Liaison Officer
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team.
You will be responsible for resident liaison services to tenants receiving improvement works to their homes and surrounding areas. As a tenant liaison officer you will need to develop positive relationships with residents which will involve visiting tenants in their homes and explain the nature and scope of work involved, ascertain their individual requirements and act as the main point of contact with any problems/queries that may occur regarding the works. You will also need to work closely with the Site Management Team and provide an interface regarding all aspects of planning and delivery of the works, attend meetings and maintain accurate records, be approachable and pro-active, be able to continuously plan ahead, looking to prevent conflict or difficulties from arising and dealing with complaints.
The right candidate will need to have excellent written and communication skills and be able to deal with a wide variety of people and be able to resolve problems.
It is essential in order to be considered for this role you have worked in a similar position previously either for a contractor or directly for a housing association. A full valid driving license together with your own vehicle is essential.
