Norfolk FA Ladies County 5IVES - Supported by Norfolk Womens and Girls League
Norfolk FA are looking to run a women’s League at our Football Development Centre (The FDC), this is will full support of the league.
Although this is something we have tried before, we have adapted the event as listed below to offer you the best opportunity to enjoy the facility:
With the dark nights approaching this could be the ideal opportunity to keep fit and play through the Autumn and winter months as an alternative training evening.
We have reduced the price to just £15 a game, shared between the team and playing under lights on the new 3G surface is great value for money.
On top of this, every league game will be officiated by a qualified referee and this is also included within the cost.
Furthermore, all participants will receive personal accident and public liability insurance when they fully complete a player registration form.
The cover for both the personal accident and public liability insurance is the same level of cover that is a mandatory requirement for all 11 – a – side teams in Norfolk when they affiliate each season.
We have also decided for the inaugural league to offer this opportunity to members of the Norfolk Women’s and girl’s League Adult teams only.
Therefore, teams competing in higher leagues will not be taking part in this Norfolk Women’s & Girls League supported event.
The League will run on a Thursday evening commencing on: Thursday October 14 2010.
The initial league will comprise of six teams (first come first served) on each Thursday, the first game will start at 6.30pm,the next 7.15pm and the last at 8pm.
This will alternate through the 10 week league programme to vary your teams start times.
The leagues final fixtures will be on Thursday December 16 2010.
If you are interested please email karl.alderton@nwgfl.co.uk for an entry form.
