Norfolk Women's and Girls Football League is the largest Female league in Norfolk and one of the largest in the eastern region.
We currently have around 110 teams signed up to play next season, which is up from the 84 last year.
We have leagues from under 10's to ladies, which means we really are looking to support the whole of ladies football in Norfolk.

If any team needs friendlies over the next few weeks until the season start and are struggling to arrange. Please send me a note and I will update on here for you.
