- Which channel(s) do they use on the Web?
- How do we want to do business with them?
This will dictate the content of your website, your Facebook page, your tweets, your patters etc and how your target customers can be steered to the place where they can be converted into clients.
There is no absolute correct way. No two businesses are the same, even with the same product in the same town.
