Do potential clients visit your website and "enter it" like a shop...or do they have a quick look in the window and "keep on walking"?
Your website is your business's shopfront to the world. If on looking at it visitors immediately bounce away and go to other (competitors') sites, they are not looking at the products or services you offer. They are not going to buy from you.

If you want or need to make changes to your car, you usually know why: you want it to go faster; you want a prettier colour or it doesn't go and your garage uses a diagnostic tool to tell you what you need to change.
However with business websites, this is often not the case. A large number of potential clients approach us and say they want to change their website and are willing to pay...
