Counselling for depression
Recent medical comments that anti depressants "are the best option, non addictive and do not have side effects" have caused serious concerns. The Mental Health Foundation makes it clear that " all drugs have side effects".The National Institute for Clinical Excellence recommends other options for depression including counselling. www....bacp.co.uk and www.iacp.ie provide lists of counsellors across the UK/Ireland.
