Sometimes over the past few weeks I have felt so weighed down with kitchen problems etc but this week things have all turned around.  Tomorrow I have my fantastic new home and most importantly my lovely new kitchen and best of all I have environmental health's approval so all techy stuff is sorted.  Now I can just relax and go off into my lovely fluffy cupcake world designing cakes, baking and making people smile when I deliver those cakes to their door.

Now the Cupcake News, and what a lot of news we have.

Being the (artificial) blonde I am i kept doing wedding cupcake towers for people but kept forgetting to take decent photos of them.  Well finally I have got enough pics together and so have set up the wedding cupcakes and cakes section of the online shop.  Do have a look.  Its only been there for a few days and we have already had an order so I am very happy.

The spicy apple crumble cupcakes with custard icing that everyone loved so much are now in the online shop.

We have launched the gift for the person who has everything - a monthly gift box of 12 cupcakes, minimum subscription 6 months.  This is ideal for those relatives who really have everything but would love the excitement and anticipation of waiting for their cupcakes each month.  And as our cupcakes are always cooked to order they can easily be frozen by the recipient.

For cafes, restaurants, shops and offices we now have bulk ordering of cupcakes available.

And how about simplifying you Christmas present problems by booking a Cupcake Party and order your presents and as hostess/host get a discount!

I have added some fantastic iced biscuits to the shop, they are crunchy and yummy and unlike the cupcakes much easier to send throughout the UK.  I am looking forward to supplying these as they are such fun to make - I just have to make sure I keep them away from Mike as he loves them and they keep disappearing!!

Well I think that is about it for now except to say that following our newsletter which had an online survey for customers to complete we so far have top marks on everything including taste, service, delivery etc so I am chuffed, I love happy customers.

NB If you are going to Caistor Hall Hotel Ladies Evening on 20th October I will be there with a stand and will have cupcakes and iced biscuits for you to try and buy.
