If you are free on Saturday 21 May, you can take part in the Wensum Valley Charity Bike Ride, a lovely ride through the glorious Wensum Valley in the middle of Norfolk, and raise money for any charity in the world at the same time!
You can ride our 13-mile, 26-mile or 39 mile route, depending on how active you feel, starting from The Park Cafe at any time between 10am and 3pm.
This is a great day out, and it costs just £7 for an individual, or £15 for a family to take part (refreshments are provided at the cafe for all participants!), so why not register now on http://www.charitygiving.co.uk/fundraising/eventregister_details.asp?event=1973

What a fantastic end to the amazing bank holiday weekend, with Norwich City winning promotion to the Premier League, in great style, taking us all by surprise - we were expecting to have to wait until this weekend at least! We are flying the flag, have ordered the bunting, and are basking in the sunshine this week!
