Last week I presented to a plumber who spent all of his time at peoples houses and businesses around the county. He was taking payments via cheque or cash on completion. However, there were times when payment was not collected as there may be no one at home to pay for the job and on a couple of instances, the cheque 'bounced'. So he was left to chase the the debt and on some occasions, had to revisit to collect.
