Another rate Increase - Not with Cardsave
HSBC have just written to all their merchants giving them notice of a 4% rate increase on all headline rates with immediate effect. This is due to the increasing costs involved in the process of taking debit and credit cards.
Here at Cardsave, we have not increased out rates for over a decade, in fact, with some of our merchants, we have brought the rates DOWN!!!!

Is your terminal run through your telephone line?
When I visit the majority of my customers, they have their terminals running through the phone line. This means that if you use the terminal, you can't use the phone and if you use the phone, you can't use the terminal. This can be frustrating to a lot of merchants that I visit.

Another rate increase from a High Street bank.....
There has been another rate increase, this time by HSBC, for all their merchants who use their services with regards to debit & credit card payemnts. In 16 years of trading, Cardsave has never had an increase on either rates or terminal. So why do the banks????
