I am now qualified to offer fitness classes for children (5-15 year olds) I will soon be launching an after school class for children, not sure what age group yet but will probably be in any of the following areas: Hellesdon, Drayton, Horsford, Taverham, Thorpe Marriott, Thorpe St Andrew. My initial thoughts are 7-9 year olds.
