"Upon experiencing problems with my laptop, I needed some assistance. The choice facing me seemed to be to go to a national chain of stores for help, or search for a local firm. While the young gentleman that typically work for the national chains, might have a good knowledge of all things IT, I sought a more personal touch. I looked for a local firm and I came across VM IT Ltd., conveniently located outside of the city. My phone call to VM IT was answered promptly by Nils. I explained the situation, and he advised me of his problem diagnosis charge, as well as the data recovery costs, (should this be necessary and for that matter, possible). People I know who had used the national chain, said VM IT charges were notably less expensive. I took the laptop round to VM IT, where I met Nils, (who I would suggest has a far more reassuring bearing, than some of the staff found in national electronics chain stores). Nils stated when he would know the results of the diagnostic tests and true to his word, this is indeed what happened, and the billing was exactly as quoted. Therefore, VM IT did exactly as stated, and I certainly feel able to recommend VM IT to others."
