Only 4 places left on the Level 4 Managing Food Safety course starting on 27th Feb.
This course is aimed at managers who need to manage Food Safety & for those who wish to teach to Level 2 (with a relevant teaching certificate)
The course is accredited by CIEH & is therefore internationally recognised. The couse is available in both Catering and Manufacturing versions- it will assist with your legal requirement to be trained commensurate with your duties!
The course is taught by lively and engaging Chartered Environmental Health Practitioners - we are ex Enforcement officers who for the last 13 years have been assisting businesses through training consultancy and auditing.
The course will review the major food safety hazards, establishing, monitoring and verifying controls; staff training, food poisoning investigation and the law
The course is active and delegates must participate- no chalk and talk or death by powerpoint
We use a number of syndicate case studies, past paper questions and activities to ensure an effective learning environment
The course takes place on the 27th & 28th Feb and continues on the 5th, 6th and 12th or March- with the examination/assessment day on the 27th.
The cost is £597.00 plus VAT but this includes the course book, a course folder- which contains a resource CD & DVD lunches and refreshments and assessment & certification fees
