5 day taught course begins on 27th February- the course is aimed at Managers, Owners, HACCP Team members
It will help delegates to manage food safety- it is also ideal for those who wish to teach to level 2
The course reviews the major Food Safety Hazards, establishing, monitoring and verifying controls, staff training, food poisoning investigation and the law
The course is delivered in a lively and energetic way- no chalk/ talk or death by power point by a Chartered Environmental Health Practitoner
Each section involves syndicate case studies, past paper questions etc; the course fee of £597 plus VAT covers the tutition; the course book, course folder which includes a resources DVD & CD and the assessment fees- the course is assessed on day six via a controlled assignment and exam
Both the catering and manufacturing versions are run side by side allowing delegates to learn from each other
