This 3 day course is ideal for supervisors and food handlers who have food safety responsibilities
It is ideal for any food handler who supervise/manage others- it is the old Intermediate course
The course covers the major Food Safety Hazards and controls- looking at them through basic HACCP principles- it covers monitoring, food poisoning investigation, some supervisory skills and a little law
The course is a serious of syndicate excercises, case studies, problem solving; the course is assessed through a multiple choice examination
The course is taught by a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner
