The truth is today I didn't go to the gym, instead I had a breakfast meeting with Andy at 0730. Why is this entry so late, I hear you ask? The answer is quite simple. It's because when I got home after a long and challenging day, just to top it off my broadband had gone down and so I had to wait to write the blog entry!

Today was a real mixed bag for me on a personal level and it all started with a bit of a sleepless night of my own doing. I just refused to take my own advice and worried about a few things that I have no control over, which is a complete waste of time and energy, but I still lay there and worried about it - silly boy!
