Never Hooped before? This session is for you. (Men or Ladies)
We start at 9am, there will be a half hour break at 11am and we finish at 1pm.
During this time you will learn how to hoop, before then learning some additional "moves" such as walking with the hoop, turning on the spot with the hoop, and lots more building up to "how to take the hoop off, and put it back...
