Hula Hooping, when done correctly actually helps people with bad backs.
The action of hooping, actually strengthens the core muscles (The ones that surround your spine).
To do this you must use the right size hoop, and use the correct technique.
Do NOT swing your hips around in a circle (as used to be done in the old days)
