Never Hooped before?  Then this session is for you. (Men or Ladies)

We start at 9am, there will be a half hour break at 11am and we finish at 1pm.

During this time you will learn how to hoop, before then learning some additional "moves" such as walking with the hoop, turning on the spot with the hoop, and lots more building up to "how to take the hoop off, and put it back on whilst it is still spinning". !!!

Don't worry, this one-day course is specifically designed for beginners so there will be nothing too difficult for you.

I have been teaching beginners for over 5 years now and I still enjoy sharing the fun and excitement of hooping.

Please note: This course is for adults (16 and over only).  Only £19 per person, or £34 to include an adult hula hoop (additional Hoop Value £20).
