Great Yarmouth First Responders are members of the Great Yarmouth community who volunteer some of their spare time to respond to emergency 999 calls to assist the East of England Ambulance Service with the aim of saving lives.

The day promises to be filled with fun activities such as a large inflateable slide, disco dome, swing ride, wet sponges and pig races. As well as promoting, fundraising and recruiting for many national and local charities.

Performances and Demonstrations!
WANTED. Volunteer First Responders in Great Yarmouth.
WANTED. Volunteer First Responders to respond to emergency 999 calls in the Great Yarmouth area. No previous medical experience is necessary as full training is provided by the East of England Ambulance Service.
Volunteers must be atleast 18 years old with a full UK driving license and access to a car.
Training takes place over one full weekend in Great Yarmouth with the assessment...

First Responder schemes are not funded by the Ambulance Service, NHS or Government. We rely fully on the generosity of local people and businesses to stay operational.
We are always looking for sponsorship whether it's £50 or £5000 every penny goes towards the running maintenance of the scheme. From, lifesaving equipment to hi-vis jackets. And as the scheme recruits more...
Volunteers Needed
Great Yarmouth First Responders are always actively recruiting volunteers to join our team of emergency lifesavers, volunteers for the East of England Ambulance Service.
We currently have six fully trained First Responders all of whom are located in the Bradwell/Gorleston areas. Therefore, we are in urgent need of volunteers from the North of the town.

The Great Yarmouth First Responder scheme currently has six trained First Responders. To give us a better chance of providing cover 24 hours a day 7 days a week, we are currently still recruiting volunteers. Especially from the North of Great Yarmouth where we have zero Responders.
