Tripadvisor Banned From Claiming Reviews Are Real
As a company which has been subject to some untrustworthy reviews on Trip Advisor Enjoy Car Hire very much welcome this ruling from the ASA, which now states Tripadvisor cannot claim all reviews to be real. It comes after complaints that businesses and individuals were posting fake reviews in order to sabotage rivals.
Enjoy Car Hire feel very strongly about this as in the past have had this misfortune of being subject to fake reviews. As always the best way to come to a judgement regarding a service is to experience it for yourself, we pride ourselves on good customer service so would expect all customers to enjoy their experience with us!
