How difficult is it to teach adults to hoop?
Believe it or not, it is usually harder to talk an adult into having a try than it is to teach them to hoop.
Yes, Honestly, I regularly find it takes 3 to 5 minutes to convince an adult to put their bag, camera etc down, and maybe take their coat off, and then just 1 to 2 minutes to teach them to hoop.

Preparation to be totally ready for an event - in my case a concert tomorrow night, is the way to take the stress away from performance.
